Run your shop, back it up nightly, answer your support tickets, and bill you. Card photos are sent to an AI provider only to identify the card, and only if AI reads are on in your settings. Market comps are requested from a market-data provider using card descriptions, never your sale prices.
We may publish aggregate, anonymised statistics across shops (for example "median days to sell"). Nothing that identifies you, your cards or your prices is ever shared, and you can opt out in Settings when the feature exists.
Only you, the helpers you invite, and our support staff when you open a ticket or an error occurs. We use Stripe (billing), Postmark (email), a hosting provider and a backup provider; each sees only what it needs. We never sell your data.
Your data stays while your shop is active and for 90 days after it ends, then is deleted from live systems and from backups within a further 30 days. Email support@fathersontng.com to delete sooner or to get a full export.
