Showcase is a hosted web application for people who sell trading cards: it tracks purchases, inventory, sales, costs and listings. It is provided by Collectors Unlimited LLC (FatherSonTNG) ("we"). By creating a shop you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your sign-in details and for anyone you invite as a helper. One person must remain the owner of a shop. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other users.
New shops start on a free trial. After the trial a paid plan is required to keep saving changes; your data stays readable during that time and for 90 days after a plan ends. Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; a price locked at sign-up stays locked for the period we told you.
Each plan includes monthly allowances for AI reads, market-comp pulls, eBay listings and Instagram images. When an allowance is used up, that feature waits until the next month or an upgrade. Recording sales is never blocked.
Your cards, purchases, sales and photos are yours. We store them to run the service, back them up, and never sell them. See the Privacy policy. You can export your inventory at any time from the app.
Showcase connects to services you authorise (for example eBay) and uses market-data and AI providers on your behalf. Their terms apply to the data they handle. We are not responsible for their availability or for decisions you make based on their data, including prices and comps.
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every comp, read or match is right. Check important numbers before you rely on them. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You can cancel at any time from Settings › Plan; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may end the service with 60 days' notice and will give you a way to export your data first.
